In 2013, Tweet World Travel underwent a significant transformation when Thuy made the decision to transition the business from an online agency to a retail shopfront located in Magill. This move allowed Tweet World Travel to broaden its reach and provide face-to-face interactions with clients, enhancing the quality of service and personalization.

The Expansion into Wholesale Phase
Tweet World Travel significantly expanded its product portfolio to include tours spanning across 13 countries in Asia. These offerings encompassed various tour types, such as group tours, private tours, school tours, luxury tours, and wellness tours. This expansion allowed Tweet World Travel to cater to a broader audience, accommodating diverse travel preferences and interests.
