Welcome to Tweet Tours! Here’s everything you need to know about our booking process, from confirmation to payment and special requirements. We strive to make your travel planning seamless and transparent.

Booking Confirmation

  • Post-Purchase Confirmation: After your purchase, you will receive a Booking Confirmation and Passenger Information Form via email.
  • Required Documents: Within 24 hours of purchase, please send us a copy of your passport along with the completed Passenger Information Form.
  • Payment: You are required to make a deposit or full payment for your purchase. Please note that most deposits are non-refundable. Check your booking and invoice for specific Terms and Conditions.
  • Cancellation: For cancellations, refer to our cancellation terms.


Important Notes:

  • Special Requests: Any special requests or preferences must be clearly stated in your Passenger Information Form. Changes after submission cannot be guaranteed, are subject to availability, and may incur surcharges.
  • Dietary Requests: Notify us of any dietary requests/requirements. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all requests will be met.
  • Fitness Level: All our tours require a reasonable level of fitness. You should be able to walk around sights on uneven surfaces unaided. Please review the itinerary carefully to ensure the holiday suits your fitness level.


Eligibility:

  • Age and Accuracy: You must be 18 years or older, and all provided information should be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • Passport and Documentation: Ensure all travelers have valid passports and necessary documentation for the countries visited.
  • Passenger Names: Provide passenger names exactly as they appear on passports at the time of booking. Corrections after payment will incur additional fees.


Acceptance of Terms:

  • Payment Acknowledgment: By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Live Availability and Pricing: Our service availability and prices are updated daily according to the exchange rate.
  • Supplier Contracts: Your booking is a direct contract between you and the supplier. By confirming your booking and making a payment, you agree to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
  • Fitness and Physical Ability: You must be fit and physically able to participate unaided in your chosen activities/tours/cruises.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.


Per-Person Pricing:

  • Pricing: Prices shown are per-person twin share and based on local rates at the time of booking, converted at the prevailing foreign exchange rate.
  • Children's Discounts: Children aged 2 to 10 receive a 20% to 25% discount on the adult price.
  • Triple Occupancy Discount: A 30% discount for the third occupant from the same family in a triple-occupancy cabin.
  • Single Traveller: Single travelers must pay Single Supplements.
  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change until a booking has been confirmed and paid. Once the deposit is paid, the price is guaranteed.


Payment:

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed through our secure online payment gateway, which accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not charge additional fees for credit card payments for Visa and Master Card. Bank or merchant fees may apply.
  • Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers are also accepted.
  • Over-the-Phone Payment: Call 1300 739 652 (Australia) or +61 (8) 7226 1898 (overseas) for phone payments.
  • In-Person Payment: Visit our office for in-person transactions.
  • Payment Plans: We offer payment plans for splitting the total cost into installments.
  • Late Payment or Urgent Bookings: Notify us via email at payments@tweetworldtravel.com.au. Urgent processing incurs a $99 fee per person.
