What is Tweet World Travel’s Complimentary Chauffeur Service?

We're excited to announce our latest collaboration with Hughes, which will make your travel even more comfortable and simple. All of our small group tours will now feature a complimentary one-way chauffeur service from your door to the airport, courtesy of Tweet World Travel and Hughes.

Comfort and Convenience: Tweet Tours's exclusive chauffeur-drive service will drive you in comfort to and from home to the airport within a 35-kilometer radius. Settle into your seat and enjoy direct transport to the airport with ease.
Professional Chauffeurs: Our trained chauffeurs ensure a smooth, timely journey and a first-class experience, allowing you to relax before your vacation begins.
Cost Savings: Airport transfers can be expensive. With this complimentary service, Tweet World Travel offers you the luxury chauffeur-drive service without the added cost.

Chauffeur-Drive Service’s Terms & Booking Conditions

Service Eligibility

The chauffeur service is exclusive to passengers booked on Tweet World Travel small group tours. It does not apply to 241 deals, river cruises, ocean or coastal cruises, hotels, or sightseeing bookings.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while using a private chauffeur service. Passengers under 18 must travel with an adult to comply with safety regulations.
Applicable to new bookings for small group tours made from 01 November 2024 onward.

Cancellation Policy

If a passenger does not cancel their chauffeur booking and the chauffeur arrives as scheduled but is dismissed, the service cannot be rescheduled for the same booking.
Mileage Radius and Excess Fees
The complimentary service is available within a 35 km radius of the pickup location. Excess mileage fees may apply for travel outside this radius.

Luggage and Capacity

Each traveler is allowed to bring one checked bag and one carry-on. Larger vehicles or additional luggage require prior arrangement and may incur extra costs.
Punctuality
Passengers must adhere to assigned pickup times. Drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes before proceeding to their next assignment.

Service Provider Liability

Tweet World Travel’s chauffeur services are provided by third-party suppliers. We do not assume liability for transactions or service deficiencies, except when caused directly by Tweet World Travel.

Limitations on Service Locations

This service is available only for eligible routes and is not valid across national borders or for layover destinations with transit times shorter than 24 hours.

Responsibility for Address Verification

Passengers must verify that the address provided during booking is within the complimentary distance. Tweet World Travel does not automatically calculate distances and will not notify if an address exceeds the complimentary range at booking.
